headed back to seattle today. i couldnt believe how dark the top of the sky was....it looked like you could touch outer space. you can barely make out a half-moon above the horizon and to the right.

had to take a last-minute trip to TX today. the flight was full but, luckily, im able to ride in the flight deck with the pilots. got this great view of mt. ranier as we headed south after lift off.

went to a local mexican place today with a bunch of coworkers for a birthday celebration. good company, good drinks, good food. cant beat it. this is the napkin that came under my gi-normous margarita on the rocks. yum!MAKE A WISH - 080/365
my favorite weed.i dont think it matters how old you are....its still fun to make a wish and blow on one. i found this one near a sidewalk in my neighborhood (and made a wish)

everyday i drive by this place on interstate 405 that sells nothing but cement bird baths, lawn ornaments and gigantic planters. i always find myself thinking, "i cant remember the last time i saw a house that had any of these things.....how do they stay in business???"COI FISH - 078/365

i saw this stock box on a top shelf in an asian market today. im not sure how i feel about eating a product that comes from a box that has a creepy baby on the outside, next to a language i cant read.its suspect.

today was the first day of a new shift at work. its upsetting to hear your alarm clock going off at 0330am.sorry about the blurriness....i guess my camera couldnt focus any better than i could at that hour!
SHUTTER ISLAND - 071/365
went to see "shutter island" tonight to see if it lived up to all the hype. i figured it out about 30min into the movie, so it was about 1hr and 45min too long. the "twist" was painfully obvious. sigh.snapped this in the theater....and the shutter clicked right as the shot changed which i thought was a cool image.
